Samantha Coulson
strategic and operations lead
Dr Samantha Coulson is a senior clinical research and biotechnology leader with a PhD in Medicine and more than 20 years’ experience across translational science, human clinical research, and therapeutic product development. Her work spans academia, biotechnology, and integrative healthcare, with particular expertise in the human microbiome and the development of bacterial and probiotic therapies for chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, and infectious diseases. She has authored more than 35 scientific publications and delivered over 40 presentations at national and international medical conferences and is recognised for her ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clinically meaningful and commercially viable outcomes.
Throughout her career, Samantha has played a pivotal role in building and strengthening biotechnology organisations, contributing to the growth of early-stage companies into robust, research-driven businesses. She has led the development and execution of human clinical trial programs from concept through to completion, overseen the development and regulatory approval of numerous therapeutic and probiotic medicines listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), and helped establish strong operational and scientific frameworks to support long-term growth. A key strength of her work is the ability to develop trusted collaborations across universities, hospitals, private clinics, and industry partners worldwide, bringing together multidisciplinary expertise to deliver innovative and well-designed research programs. Samantha values scientific integrity, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership, and is committed to advancing healthcare through rigorous science, strong partnerships, and practical application.

Divya Dhasmana

Divya is a dedicated research analyst passionate about uncovering actionable insights that drive innovation in the life science industry. She brings PhD-level expertise as a researcher, technical writer, and project manager to write for GenoWrite. Her core competencies include data analysis, market research, and strategic recommendations. She is proficient in using advanced analytical tools and methodologies to uncover trends and insights that drive decision-making and innovation.

Jainu Ajit
scientific lead
Jainu Ajit holds a PhD in Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago and completed her postdoctoral training in neuroimmunology at Harvard Medical School, which gives her a diverse, deeply interdisciplinary scientific foundation. She brings that same rigor and precision to every piece of content she creates.
Her PhD research focused on drug discovery and drug delivery, where she designed and synthesized novel tumor and vaccine adjuvants delivered via PLGA nanoparticles. A growing fascination with the central nervous system led her to Harvard, where she worked to identify new tools to access the blood-brain barrier. Across both roles, she has built extensive hands-on expertise in small-molecule design, polymer chemistry, drug delivery systems, cell-based assays, in vivo models, and advanced microscopy — a well-rounded scientific depth that enables her to provide genuine strategic value to her clients.
Jainu has authored over 12 peer-reviewed manuscripts and has spent the last two years as a full-time medical writer, translating complex science into accessible blog posts, infographics, slide decks, and patient-facing materials across biotech and pharma. Her editorial instincts are matched by a creative drive. When she's not writing, Jainu loves building scientific infographics in BioRender and Canva, always finding new ways to make complex science beautiful and instantly understood.
